Privacy notice

We take data protection seriously. Protecting your privacy when handling personal data is important to us. When you visit our website, our web servers store, as standard, the IP address of your internet service provider, the website from which you reached us, the pages you visit on our site, and the date and duration of your visit. This information is strictly necessary for the technical transmission of the pages and for secure server operation. No personalised analysis is carried out.

If you send us data via the contact form, that data is stored on our servers as part of our standard data backup. Your data is used solely to deal with your enquiry, is treated in strict confidence and is not passed on to third parties.

Personal data

Personal data is information about you as an individual — for example, your name, address and email address. You do not need to disclose any personal data simply to visit our website. In some cases we need your data in order to provide the service you have requested — we will always make this clear at the relevant point.

Automatically logged data (server logs)

Our provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits to us: date and time of the request, name of the file requested, referrer URL, access status, browser and operating system used, IP address and the volume of data transferred. After no more than seven days the data is anonymised by truncating the IP address. Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Cookies

When you visit our website we may store information in the form of cookies. Only the IP address is stored, no further personal data. You can also visit our pages without accepting cookies by configuring your browser accordingly. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Customer account

For every customer who registers, we set up password-protected access to their account data. You undertake to treat your access details as confidential. We recommend that you do not use the 'remain signed in' function if your computer is used by more than one person.

Security

We have put technical and organisational security measures in place to protect your data against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorised access. Sensitive data is encrypted before transmission.

Your rights

You have, at any time, the right to information, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data, a right to object, and a right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
