Costing is grounded in real, client-specific item and product data — centrally maintained, versioned and backed by parametric calculation logic. Bill items, branded products, formulas and dependencies are managed in a structured way, and are consistently available across planning, specification and costing.
ERP integration
Seamless integration with leading ERP systems (Infor Construction, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). Product, item and option dependencies are fully represented — including ERP mapping via standardised bills of materials (BOM) and a 1:1 match with the items and products used in costing.
Real-time pricing
Drawing on the integrated, up-to-date price list for trades and products, every planned object is costed to the penny. Every change to the configuration triggers an immediate recalculation of the total price.
3D configuration & BIM
A genuine BIM application with 'do it yourself' building and interior planning. Choose from proven house types or develop bespoke models — with interfaces to all common CAD applications.
2D specification
